“Find the market that needs new coordination infrastructure. Make its value legible to the people who need it. Build it to endure — and drive it to scale.”
The through-line since I was 16: mechanisms of coordination, and above all verifiability — of information, of code, of exchange. Climate was the first wicked problem I could work on. Bitcoin showed me what a system built for centuries looks like. AI is the next one. The Long Now Foundation’s thesis — that civilizations with longer nows look after things better — isn’t something I discovered. It’s the shape my thinking already had.

Designed and operate 16 autonomous agent pipelines that observe, synthesize, and act across product and engineering operations. Each cycle makes the next one faster — a recursively improving system that carries institutional knowledge forward. The thesis: product organizations should compound like software, not scale like headcount.
Trustless coordination for intelligent financial markets.
Head of Product at Nexus, a permissionless trading venue backed by Lightspeed Faction, Pantera Capital, and Dragonfly. Launched a US Treasury-backed stablecoin, the alpha perpetual futures exchange, and 8 major releases across 200,000+ users, with full P&L ownership. Built the way durable coordination systems are: to work without trusting any single institution — and to outlast its builders.
From building on open-source networks to building the networks themselves.
Led the launch of the first community-owned, tokenized foundational AI model (ORA Protocol) and a Layer 1 blockchain — designing ecosystems for growth rather than institutions for control. Spoke on verifiable, neutral, open-source, and private AI to 300,000+ across conferences. The concentration of AI in a few hands is a civilizational risk; this was one answer.

Designed an AI Settlement Oracle for prediction markets — neutral AI replacing token-holder consensus in dispute resolution. Deployed across 11+ networks, 300,000 audience, $500K+ in advisory revenue. TIME Best Inventions 02024. Verifiable information at civilizational scale — built to work without trusting any single arbiter.
Programmable trust that outlasts institutions.
Built on Ethereum's programmable trust layer — a self-sovereign estate settlement app enabling trustless inheritance without legal intermediaries, presented blockchain's applications to the UNDP. The first on-chain will: encode trust in code, and you don't need to rebuild it in every generation.

Perspective
The product org should compound, not scale
Building 16 agentic pipelines across product and engineering operations taught me that the traditional model — add headcount to add output — is a ceiling, not a plan. A well-designed system compounds: each cycle produces better context for the next. Most organizations haven't seriously tried to build this way yet. I have.
The hardest part of technical GTM is translation
The moat for a technical product almost never lives in the technology — it lives in the ability to make the system's value legible to the people who need it. Across financial infrastructure, AI, and blockchain, the pattern is always the same: the team that wins is the one that figured out how to explain it. That's the job I'm built for.
Verifiability is the foundation everything else rests on
The through-line across everything I've built — from climate action to AI settlement oracles to permissionless markets — is verifiability. The ability to trust information, code, and coordination without a central authority. In a world of increasingly powerful AI, verifiable systems aren't a feature. They are the civilization.
Prototype-driven > spec-driven
Most product orgs write documents when they should be building prototypes. A working prototype answers in an afternoon what a PRD debates for two weeks — and it surfaces the real constraints, not the imagined ones. I run discovery through the hands, not the head.
